This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment, if desired. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. If paying online, following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Fusion FC.

Wednesdays, April 12-May 31

TIMES:

U5-U6 Rec. Players - 5:30-6:00pm

U7-U10 Rec. Players - 6:15-7:15pm

FEE:

4 Sessions - $20 (You choose which 4 dates you would like to attend. Just come to the 4 nights you prefer and check in!)
