Background Check

Background Checks need to be renewed for all coaches, assistants and teams parents.  USA Softball has changed the registration period to September to August.  Each individual doing a background check needs their own unique email address. 

The deadline for background checks will be February 8, 2023 at 12:00pm (Noon). 

USA Softball background check fee is $28.

Please complete the registration form for each adult volunteer.  Our player agent will use this information and enter into the USA website.  Once entered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to  consent to background check.  You will need to provide your social in the USA consent process.
