Welcome to the 2017-2018 Season Registration with Fort Wayne Amateur Hockey Association!

This registration session will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit player intentions. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. In order to complete the registration process, you will need the following information:

Player's new 2017-2018 USA Hockey Registration number

Form of payment.

All Travel Registrations submitted prior to May 1st will be $50. Registrations received on or after May 1st will be $65.
All High School Registrations submitted prior to May 1st will be $25. Registrations received on or after May 1st will be $40.
All Select Registrations will be $15.
