Welcome to the 2017-2018 FC-1 Academy Boys/Girls U12 – U15 and HS Girls U16-U19

Please use the following forms to accept your invitation and submit your club membership fees. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card available.

By completing this registration process, you are accepting your player's roster spot on an FC-1 Academy team. All player fees are non-refundable.
