General Information:

Payment is not pro-rated for sessions not attended
Rescheduling is up to the discretion of the assigned coach
No Elevation club athlete(s) may request or have their current club coach for private sessions
Video analysis can be requested on the registration form 

Private Session Pricing:  (1 Athlete)

Hourly: $75 ($15 court fee paid upon registration completion; $60 paid directly to coach)

Semi Private Lesson Pricing:  (2 – 4 Athletes)

2 Athletes: $120 ($15 court fee paid upon registration completion; $105 paid directly to coach)
3 Athletes: $165 ($15 court fee paid upon registration completion; $150 paid directly to coach)
4 Athletes: $200 ($15 court fee paid upon registration completion; $185 paid directly to coach)
