Welcome to the Peak Ascension Registration 2017 for our Peak Ascension Program

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Age division will be based on the date of birth in accordance with the USAV club age classisfications. The ascension program serves ages 11-16.

2017-2018 Club Season Age Definitions
11’s: Born between 9/1/2006 – 8/31/2009
12’s: Born between 9/1/2005 – 8/31/2006
13’s: Born between 9/1/2004 – 8/31/2005
14’s: Born between 9/1/2003 – 8/31/2004
15’s: Born between 9/1/2002 – 8/31/2003
16’s: Born between 9/1/2001 – 8/31/2002
