Formerly called the All-Star Program, DC Soccer Club's Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is the club’s middle tier of game-based programming. Coached by a mix of licensed coaches and volunteers, ADP competes in league-based competitions and holds tryouts twice per year. The program is geared toward motivated players with a drive to learn and improve who are looking to continue their soccer journey.

The Accelerated Development Program will play its games in the Metro Community League (MCL), an intermediate league for 3rd to 8th boys and girls players in partnership with Alexandria Soccer Association (ASA).
