This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. As part of your Creek Hockey registration you are required to have an up to date USA Hockey registration for the 2017-18 season. If you have this already you can proceed to the bottom of the page and click on the "Continue" button to begin the registration process. If you do not yet have a current USA Hockey registration please follow the directions in the USA Hockey Registration section below.

CCHA will issue a deposit refund to any player who does not make a team and is released after tryouts. ***
