Welcome to CHA Learn to Play program registration! This registration will allow you to enter your child's information and submit payment for the program. This registration WILL require you to enter your USA Hockey number. If you do not know your USA Hockey number, please visit www.usahockey.com to obtain the number prior to registering.

Please note the Learn to Play schedule below:

Saturday April 22: 9:00 – 10:00

Saturday April 29: 9:00 - 10:00
Saturday May 6: 9:00 – 10:00
Saturday May 13: 9:00 – 10:00

Saturday May20: 9:00 – 10:00

Equipment rental is available for this program. To rent equipment please use the equipment rental registration.
