2023 SPRING TRAVEL & PRACTICE PLAYER REGISTRATION

Congratulations on being selected for the
Colorado Thunderbirds Spring Program! 

This registration session will:

Gather Player and Parent/Guardian information
Allow you to complete and electronically sign the following forms (must agree that your electronic signature is as legal and binding as your hand written signature).

- COVID Release of Liability

-Acknowledgement of Non-USA Hockey and CAHA Sanctioned Event

- Waivers

- Spring Player Information

Accept your payment for the Spring Travel or Practice fees

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or eCheck available.  Following the successful completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Colorado Thunderbirds.

All fees are non-refundable.
