Our Middle School Youth Academy is a year round program that runs with Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Sessions . Each session runs 6 weeks. Practices are once a week with a game scrimmage the final day of the session.
Our Practices are structured in 3 segments:
Warm up, stretching, agility & strength training
Volleyball skills development: passing, setting, serving, spiking, blocking, digging. We also prepare players for high school and/or club play by teaching positions as well as offence and defensive drills.
Volleyball Rules, Strategy, Sportsmanship & Leadership: through scrimmaging and/or queen of the court.
