Welcome to the new D211 Chiefs hockey registration page. In order to register your player, you will have to complete four pages of information. Some questions and information are mandatory to move on to the next section.

When complete, you will be able to print a copy of the registration. Payment can be made ONLY online via Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, or checking account.  No offline methods will be available this year.
