Welcome to the Chicago Fire Juniors Chicago Fire Juniors South Player Acceptance for the 2017-2018 season.

This 'online registration session' is step one of a two-step player acceptance process which will also give you the option to hand in league registration waivers to your Club Registrar via a registration evening(step 2). During your online registration session you will be required to complete a number of tasks:

a) 'All players' will need to upload a current passport, school or selfie style photo. The photo will be used for your player pass so please do not upload photos with hats, sunglasses or other people. This must be in JPEG Format.

b) 'New players' to the CFJ program will also be required to upload a birth certificate which is needed for proof of age with local youth leagues; This MUST be in JPEG Format.

c) Player & Guardian Contact Information;

d) Emergency Contact & Medical Information;

e) Select Payment Options;

f) Review & Electronically Sign the Player...
