Each Player must have their USA Hockey Registration number in order to register. If you need a copy:

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to the USA Hockey Registration and click on “Request an Additional Confirmation Page”

Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

This registration process will allow you to enter all player information. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately.

Upon completion of this registration, you will be given an option to pay online using a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or checking account.

Program fee is non-refundable unless injured.

IMPORTANT: This Registration is not complete until you successfully submit payment (online) on the Shopping Cart and Checkout Pages. You MUST continue to the Receipt page otherwise your player will not be registered.
