Welcome to the 2017 LockDown Tryout - Grade School Registration Form!
GRADES 5TH - 8TH (BOYS & GIRLS)

This registration will allow you to register your players for our 5th - 8th grade LockDown tryouts. You will need to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. If you do not already have an NIGN account, you will be prompted to create one. If you already have an NGIN account, but cannot access, please call NGIN at 1-888-255-7840 for assistance.
Please do not create duplicate accounts!

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Complete registration through our secure site. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available.

You will be able to register all your players in one submission. Look for that option when you get to the checkout page.
