Welcome to the 2017-18 LOCKDOWN TRYOUT Registration Form!

This registration will allow you to register your 4th - 8th grade players for our winter season LockDown tryouts.

1st-3rd grade boys and 1st-4th grade girls do not not require tryouts. Click here to register: LockDown Academy Registration **

You will need to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.
If you do not already have a SportsEngine account, you will be prompted to create one.
If you already have a SportsEngine account, but cannot access, please call SportsEngine Support
at 1-888-255-7840, press #1, then #2, then #1 for assistance.
Please do not create duplicate accounts !
