Welcome to the 2017 Mite Spring Hockey Development Program Registration with both the Chicago Bulldogs and Heartland Nationals.

To register you will need to login or create an account with Sports Engine by clicking on the 'Login' or the 'Create an Account' buttons in the top left corner and follow the instructions.

Players that registered with USA Hockey for the Fall 2016-17 season can use that same USA Hockey number for this 2017 Summer Program. (Forgot your number? Go to www.usahockeyregistration.com)

If you do not have a USA Hockey number, please go to USA Hockey to register for the 2017-18 season. Your registration confirmation number will be required to complete your online registration with the Chicago Bulldogs. Go to www.usahockeyregistration.com to register and obtain your current USA hockey number.

If you are coming from the Heartland Nationals Mite program you will be asked to enter in your AAU number in place of the USA hockey number
