Welcome to the 2017 Mite Spring Hockey Development Program Registration with both the Chicago Bulldogs and Heartland Nationals.

If you have not previously done so, to register you will need to login or create an account with Sport Ngin. If you do not have an account with Sport Ngin you can create one by clicking on the 'Login' or the 'Create an Account' buttons in the top left corner and follow the instructions.

Once you have created an account, you will be asked to log in to your account which is secure.

Players that registered with USA Hockey for the Fall 2016-17 season should use the same USA Hockey number for their 2017 Spring season.

If you registered for the Fall 2016-17 season and have misplaced or forgotten your number, go to www.usahockeyregistration.com to request an additional copy of your confirmation.
