Welcome to the 2017 Spring Travel Hockey Registration with the Chicago Blues Hockey Club!

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Chicago Blues Hockey.

USA Hockey Requirement

If not already registered for the winter 2016-17 hockey season, affected players must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2017 spring Season. Skip this step if your player has a USA Hockey Number for the 2016-17 season.
