To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Chesterfield Hockey.

USA Hockey Requirement

Each player must have a valid USA Hockey Confirmation Number (valid 9/1/16 thru 8/31/17) prior to registering for Learn To Play. If you have not registered with USA Hockey, register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session. If you already have a valid USA Hockey Confirmation Number proceed to Step 2.
