To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Chesterfield Hockey Association.

USA Hockey Requirement

Each player must have a valid USA Hockey Confirmation Number (valid 9/1 thru 8/31/2017 or 4/1-8/31/2018) prior to registering for any CHA 2016-2017 CSDHL Pre-Skate and/or Tryout. If you have not registered with USA Hockey in the past year, register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session. If you already have a valid USA Hockey Confirmation Number from this past fall season, proceed to Step 2.
