Welcome to the 2017 CBE Football Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and receive team communication. This registration allows for 2 parent/guardian email addresses which will be used for team communications. You can add additional emails in your SE Dashboard-Household Section-we will provide additional instructions at a later date.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately and hit the CONTINUE button on each page until you get a RECEIPT showing you have completed. Only fields with a red * asterick need to be completed.
