Welcome to the 2017 CYFA Tackle Football Registration Process

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. A limited amount of financial scholarships are available. See the file below to apply for a CYFA scholarship.

Youth Cougar Football Camp: Similar to last season, the Youth Cougar Football Camp is included with your CYFA registration. This camp, which normally costs $60 and runs July 31 - August 3, will need to be registered for outside of this CYFA registration. There are instructions at the end of this registration process, and on our main CYHA Homepage.
