2022-2023 BHC Season REGISTRATION

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consent agreements, upload necessary documentation and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your credit card or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Burnsville Blaze Hockey will appear on your account.
 

Registration Fees 

1st year Mites $75
2nd year Mites $260
All other Mites $310 
Mites Plus - No registration fee, but additional fees will be collected throughout the year
Traveling Program (U10/Squirts, U12/Peewee, U15/Bantam & Jr Gold) $375

Breakdown of traveling program registration expenses:
 - $275 covers District fees, Referees, Training Center
 - $100 covers Clinics and Evaluations
