GISD School Schedule
A youth strength and conditioning based after school program. Our workouts consist of multiple bodyweight movements that increase strength and aid in bone density. Push-ups, squats, and lunges are essential to young athletes becoming stronger and moving better. While getting stronger our athletes will also increase speed, agility and flexibility. All while achieving one goal, to become Better Everyday! The Sports Club is an after school program that follows the GISD Schedule. The Sports Club is an active and social atmosphere that gives kids the opportunity to be creative, make new friends and enjoy a challenging workout!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment UPFRONT.
