This online registration will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
An Official USA Hockey team roster must be emailed to the tournament director by November 18th.
Registration fee is $250 per team and is due at time of registration.
Online payments are NOW available. Credit card and online processing fees will be added to the $250 total at checkout.
