WELCOME TO THE BLUE SPRINGS BASEBALL 2023 FALL BALL REGISTRATION

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

Please make sure to select the player's name from the list of names associated with your account when registering.  Do NOT register the player with the parent/guardian profile.  This will cause confusion later in the process.  If the player you are registering is not listed, please select "A NEW PLAYER NOT ALREADY LISTED ABOVE".  This will be the profile the player will use for each registration in the future.

If your player is not already on a team, please note that while BSB does not register individual players, the Coordinator keeps a list of players, by age division, to help fill roster spots of teams that need players.  Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee...
