Athletic Republic Park City is a sports performance training center that helps athletes of all ages achieve their goals. We offer small group, trainer-led classes for athletes looking to gain a competitive advantage by improving their speed, power, agility and stamina. Typical class sizes are 3-8 athletes and last 60 minutes.
We emphasize teaching the elements of athleticism, helping to develop fundamental movement skills, strength, balance, and proprioception (body awareness) while emphasizing joint health and safety. The result is confident young athletes who are set up for success as they grow.
