Welcome to the Pegasus FC Club Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. It must be completed in one session. You cannot exit, save data and complete later.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

PRIOR TO REGISTERING, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE AND SAVED ON YOUR COMPUTER SO YOU CAN UPLOAD DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1) Proof of Age - either birth certificate or scanned passport;
2) Front & Back of Medical Insurance Card
3) Color Passport Size Face Photo (no hats, no glasses)

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. If you are paying by cash or are unable to upload the required documents/forms, you must register in person.
