Sharp Skills Training Sessions

Sessions take place at St. Louis University High School

Sharp skills are organized small group training sessions run by our high level coaching staff. Each session specializes on a specific skill set and we keep a very low coach to player ratio.

Stick Work: Saturday, April 1st – 9-10am Football Field

Hits and Sweeps: Saturday, April 8th – 9-10am Soccer Field

Goal Scoring: Saturday, April 15th – 9-10am Soccer Field

3D Skills: Saturday, April 29th – 9-10am Football Field

Building the Attack: Saturday, May 13th- 9-10am Football Field

Ball Carrying: Saturday, May 20th – 9-10am Soccer Field Field
