Welcome to the 2017 Girls Spring Tournament Team!

Use this registration form to sign up for the Admirals Girls Spring Tournament Teams. The levels/ages for the spring tournament teams include:

Girls U10 (birth years 2007-2008)

Girls U12/U14 (birth years 2003-2006)

Girls U16 (birth years 2001-2002)

Girls U19 (birth years 1998-2000)

Each Player must have a valid current USA Hockey number in order to register and play on the tournament team. If you need to look up your player's current USA Hockey number, or if you need to register your player for one, click here to go to the USA Hockey registration site.

To sign up for the tournament team, you must complete each section of this online form through the Shopping Cart and Receipt. Payments to participate on the tournament team must be made online at time of registration.
