Welcome to the 2017 Summer Program Registration with 680 Water Polo.

Age Groups will be based on your daughter's or son's age as of 8/1/17 (JO age). Their age on 8/1/17 will determine their age group. If the player is 14 on 8/1/17, then the player will be in the 14u program.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $25 discount on the second (and third, if applicable) child's registration fee.
