NBC Sports Camp: Week 2 Day 5

Campers it’s time to get motivated and improve your skills!

In day 5 of week 2, speed up the heart rate with a 20-minute cardio and mobility workout. Get motivated with advice from former MLS star Kyle Martino on how to work hard to achieve your goals. Finally, fine-tune your foot skills with a ball mastery session. Who knows, maybe you’ll use the fancy footwork in the MLS or NWSL someday!
