NBC Sports Camp: Week 1 Day 1


Campers it’s time to get motivated and improve your skills!

In day 1, speed up the heart rate with a 20-minute cardio and mobility workout. Get motivated with advice from former MLS star Kyle Martino on how to work hard to achieve your goals. Finally, fine-tune your foot skills with a ball mastery session. Who knows, maybe you’ll use the fancy footwork in the MLS or NWSL someday!

Optional Equipment Used: Soccer ball, cones, foam roller

Beginning July 6th, NBC Sports and Chelsea Piers are launching a virtual summer program for 7-to-12-year-old kids. Send your young athlete to a virtual 4-week summer camp with Olympian, Paralympian, and world champion coaches where they will learn and play a variety of sports right at home.
