Triathlons are physically challenging events that test ability, determination, and endurance. As a multisport event, participants must complete three events: a 1.5km swim, a 40km bike race, and a 10km run. The contestant that completes these three events first is the winner. Due to the intensity of triathlon’s, anyone able to complete the competition is thought to have incredible physical and mental ability.
