SportsEngine Enters Strategic Partnership with the Vermont Voltage
SportsEngine announced today a strategic partnership with the Vermont Voltage. The Voltage will be launching an all new website using the SportsEngine content management system, Sitebuilder to showcase their teams and various programs.
“SportsEngine provides us a very seamless process to showcase new content and connect to our customers in the community, while creating a network presence that brings people to our website time and time again in a more efficient manner.” said Mark Benson, assistant GM of the Vermont Voltage United Soccer Leagues PDL Team. “In the end, this SportsEngine partnership will provide an immensely better experience to serve and communicate with our customers, local partners, and fans in addition to an easier user interface to post content online.”
Additionally, this partnership allows SportsEngine and the Voltage to provide the same world class technology services to youth soccer associations in the state of Vermont. “We have crafted a unique soccer package at a special price for associations that need a complete website, registration and team management solution,” said Enterprise Business Development Rep, Jessie Doig.

The Vermont Voltage play in the Premier Development League of the United Soccer Leagues. The USL is a nationwide soccer organization containing over 100 men’s, women’s and youth teams split into four leagues. The PDL is considered by the United States Soccer Federation as a third division, below major league soccer, the a league, and the USL pro league. the PDL allows high school and college players to compete in a “pro”-like environment without losing their college eligibility.
