Thanks for helping keep kids safe
Part of our mission is to put smiles on the faces of kids. We accomplish this by building software that helps volunteers and organizations spend less time on the administrative tasks of running their organizations and more time coaching, mentoring, and guiding their athletes. An important part of putting smiles on the faces of these athletes, is to make sure that they are safe. This means making sure that every organization has a proper risk management program in place.
To assist organizations, we’ve done two things. First, we developed our Verify service that helps organizations provide appropriate, reliable, and comprehensive screening services based on the unique needs of their sport and state that they live in. However, that’s not enough. Each organization is unique, and each sport and state have their own requirements. To that end, we created a new position at SportsEngine, our Risk Management Director, whose sole responsibility is to provide objective reviews of organizations risk management program. For those who don’t have one, or have one that doesn’t meet their requirements, our Risk Management Director will provide them with details on exactly what they need to do. This is a complimentary service we provide, is outside of our sales team, and frankly, is the right thing to do.
We wanted to do something different in December. We wanted to put our wallet where our mouth is. We’ve got a great relationship with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and their Safe to Compete program. Throughout December, we decided to write a check to Safe to Compete for every organization that met with us to review their risk management program. The response was overwhelming, and we were proud to be able to send a much larger check than we anticipated to support this important program.
Together, let’s make 2015 the year that every organization has a comprehensive and thorough risk management program to help keep kids safe and smiles on their faces. To set up your complimentary risk management review, simply complete this form, and we’ll reach out to you.
