New! Create Registrations in Sitebuilder for Non-Monetary Transactions
Many of you have been looking for smarter ways to track data and manage your organization’s operations in one place. This month, we’re excited to release a new registration feature to everyone who uses Sitebuilder to manage their website.
Need to register coaches, officials or volunteers for an upcoming tournament? How about offering a free skills clinic? Want to survey parents about the upcoming banquet? Now you can build your own registration forms easily in Sitebuilder. These are registrations where you don’t need to collect money, but want an easy way for people to sign up. It’s the perfect tool to manage your registrations all in one place.
All you need to get started is to go to the Registration tab on your Admin Control Panel and click “Create a New Registration.” The easy-to-use interface and help articles will guide you through creating questions. There’s also a step-by-step video demonstration (below).
Creating a form is simple with several pre-formatted elements for common inputs like name, address and birthdate. Additionally, you can write your own open-ended or multiple choice questions. Conditional logic also makes it so certain questions or pages will show up based on answers to previous questions. For example, a registrant will be asked for shirt size only when they answered “Yes” to purchasing the optional team T-shirt.
After registrations start coming in, you’ll be able to run quick reports showing who has registered and even post the list directly to your website. Plus, with our Smart Group feature, you can email a sub group of registrants based on any criteria you choose such as all females, or all registrants with shirt size medium, for example.
This build-your-own registration feature for non-monetary transactions opens up a world of opportunities for you to get more out of your website and registration experience. We invite you to download our free guide for more registration ideas that will save you time and raise more money. We can’t wait to hear your creative uses for this new feature!
