2023 Wisconsin Elite Spring Shootout

Welcome to the 2023 Wisconsin Elite Spring Shootout Registration!

This registration session will allow you to register your team(s), complete the team contact information, review and have your players and coaches complete the required concussion consent forms and and submit payment.  (Please note that the concussion agreements DO NOT need to be turned in to Wisconsin Elite.  By checking the electronic signature box under the Concussion section you are acknowledging that it is your responsibility to have your coach and parents/players sign off on the concussion consent form.)

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Wisconsin Elite.
