JJ Trained 2021-22 Fall-Winter Sessions

A year-round intense, elite program looking for wrestlers that push the pace and bring the fight to each second of practice and competition. Athletes, as well as parents, are expected to buy into the process (doesn't happen overnight) and represent themselves as leaders in the community as well as JJ Trained in a positive and respectful manner. Athletes are expected to push themselves and be accountable. Your best effort and attitude will always be expected.

1-2 day session options will be structured so that JJ Trained wrestlers will learn fundamental and advanced techniques within the sport, how to drill and wrestle in specific situations, compete at an elite level, and learn to develop goals and push themselves to achieve those goals.
