Building Strength, Technique & Tactical Skills

Focus on the basics of individual movements within ball mastery, dribbling, individual 1v1 moves, and ball striking. 
This course level consists of short micro cycles that teach the player rudimentary individual movements that can be repeated throughout the player's career on their own or at home that refine their strength, coordination and technique.
