WELCOME: 2023 MIDWEST LEGENDS CHAMPIONSHIP 7on7 TOURNAMENT - TEAM REGISTRATION

If you are a Coach (or Team Manager), complete four easy steps to get your team signed up. 

Please note there are two payment options for the Team Registration Fee:

$650 - Save $100 if paid in full with Team Registration on or before 10/31/22.
$750 - with a required $100 Deposit with Team Registration and $650 Balance to be Paid by 12/17/22.

Registration Process

Step 1: Coach submits contact information

Step 2: Coach submits team information and player roster

Step 3: Team registration fee is paid

Step 4: Ensure players fill out the individual registration form for waivers and age verification.

Teams are confirmed once team fees have been paid and players have completed the individual player registration.
