Welcome to the Mounds View Football Online Registration System for the 2022 Football Season!

On the following screens you will be required to enter all player and guardian information.  This will include height, weight, health insurance and all contact information. 

A limited number of scholarships are available. Please contact the Registrar directly if you wish to apply for a full or partial scholarship BEFORE continuing with this registration.

When prompted on the Player/Guardian Information page, please remember to enter your email address carefully.  This is the address we will be using for sending out the weigh-in and schedule information.
