Welcome to the 2017 Madison Capitols Main Tryout Camp Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Madison Capitols.

The Madison Capitols of the United States Hockey League (USHL) would like to invite you to attend our 2017 Main Camp. The purpose of this camp is for our staff to evaluate returning players, draft picks, and invited prospects for our 2017-18 team. For the player, it is your opportunity to showcase your abilities with the intent on securing a roster spot.

The camp cost will be $350 + processing fees.

You will be required to report to the Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena on Monday, June 12 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. to check-in for camp. There will be...
