To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. *If you choose to pay online a 3% plus $1.50 processing fee will be charged. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Mad City Devils. You will also have the ability to pay offline.
