THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE WOMEN WITH AN INTRODUCTION TO SELF-DEFENSE EDUCATION, COVERING BOTH MENTAL PREPARATION AND PHYSICAL TECHNIQUES. THE CLASS COVERS TOOLS TO AVOID CONFLICT AND, IF NECESSARY, DEFEND IN REAL-WORLD SITUATIONS.

KAJUKENBO SELF-DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR

Sigung Christopher Reyes is a lifelong, 6th Degree Blackbelt and 3rd generation self-defense practitioner of Kajukenbo Karate. Sifu Reyes studied under his grandfather, the late Great Grandmaster Aleju Reyes, and his father, Senior Grandmaster Alan M. Reyes of Hawaii.
