This registration will allow you to:

Register your player(s) for Winter Indoor FDP, e-sign Parental consents & provide detailed contact information.
Submit a secure, online payment. Please have your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or bank account information available. Following completion of your registration, you will see a charge on your account from FUSION SOCCER CLUB and you will receive an email confirmation.
