Welcome to the 2022-2023Hockey Season Registration!

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, and submit payment at this time (optional). Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

All registrations have the option to pay through the SportsEngine website using their bank account or credit card.Please note that non-refundable processing fees of 3.15% plus $1.50 per charge (i.e., one-time, monthly, etc.) will be added to participant fees for payments made via SportsEngine.  Those electing to pay via this method will see a charge on your credit card from Elmbrook Youth Hockey.  

For 6U In-House and older, invoicing via QuickBooks is also available at no additional charge with payment via ACH preferred.   For Learn-to-Play, payment via SportsEngine is required, but may be reversed...
