Welcome to the 2020-2021 Elmbrook Youth Hockey Season Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Credit card processing fees assessed by SportsEngine of 3.15% + $1.50/payment apply.  Following completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Elmbrook Youth Hockey.

Offline payment via ACH is also available using the same billing schedule as credit cards.  

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2020-2021 Season.
