Welcome to the annual Play for Patrick Tournament Registration!

The Play for Patrick Tournament, hosted by the Eastview Hockey Association and Eagan Hockey Association, is open to all Bantam AA and Bantam A teams. 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard,  or Checking account information available. You will also have the option to pay offline.

Dates: January 6-8 , 2023

Location: Hayes Park,  Apple Valley High School,  and Eagan Civic Arenas

Participation: Up to 16 teams!

COST: $1600/team 

Each player will receive:

Play for Patrick Tournament T-Shirt
Trophies for top placing teams
Other fun stuff
